Meet your Instructors

Kyle Georgina Marsh - Founder & CEO

A lifelong student of movement, Kyle is a Brooklyn-based Pilates instructor, educator, choreographer, dance artist, Integrative Health Coach, and Capoeirista. As a Pilates instructor Kyle is known for empowering her students to move mindfully and intelligently within their own practice. Inspired by her background as a dancer and her interest in body-mind-science Kyle pursued advanced education in Pilates instruction and holds 2 different 450hr + comprehensive course certificates in both Contemporary and Classical Pilates instruction.

From 2016-2020 Kyle was on faculty as a Lead Teacher Trainer and administrator for Equinox Pilates Institute, under the direction of Carrie Macy Samper. It was during this time that Kyle discovered her passion for leading Teacher Trainings along with the development of Pilates teacher training curricula.

Kyle graduated summa cum laude from Mason Gross School of the Arts with a B.F.A. in dance and holds a Masters Degree in Dance Education from The Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University. In June 2019, Kyle completed her first Functional Anatomy for Movement Injuries (FAMI) certificate program through the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Kinected. Kyle has also since completed her studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach.

Val Vultaggio - Founding Instructor

Val is a 450hr + comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through the Equinox Pilates Institute based in NYC and NJ. She was first introduced to Pilates in college after lifelong back issues and a lacrosse injury that left her in constant pain. After a couple months of consistent work, she was left pain free and more connected to her body than she had ever felt. Val graduated from Saint Francis University with a degree in Biology after which she decided to pursue her Pilates certification in 2013.

Since then she has worked privately and through a leading luxury gym where she was became the studio manager.  Val enjoys constantly being the student as well as the teacher and has completed additional training in Barre, injury management, pre and post natal and elderly populations.

Val is passionate about creating real transformation in her students’ lives. She believes that Pilates can be an intense full body workout, a way to create mindfulness and mediation, a program to assist in injury rehab and prevention, and a compliment to any other training method - all in one!
