“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the #teamtiif fam. I’ve never had great posture and as the years go by, I’ve been realizing the importance of strengthening my body specifically targeting my posture, which really has never been my priority during workouts (I’ve always been one of those measure my workouts by how much I sweat during cardio and have neglected to give my body the TLC it needed and deserved - literally you should have seen what my “straight legs” looked like before working with these ladies!

Val and Kyle have made it so easy to integrate Pilates into my routine - they have tons of classes, with a variety of lengths and focus areas, as well as skill levels! Their energy is always on point, which is why it’s been so easy to keep up with #tiif and never get bored doing a virtual workout. I personally love being able to stack some of the shorter classes together, this way I can be sure to fit in that TLC even on those days when it’s hard to find the time (no excuse there is literally a series called “coffee break”)!
