Welcome! I am so glad you’re here.
Better teaching starts with being brave enough to ask uncomfortable questions.
I created True II Form because I love Pilates, I love teaching, and I am endlessly curious about the how and why of movement.
Over the course of my career, my work has expanded beyond Pilates into anatomy, strength training, exercise science, and health coaching. The more I learned, the more I found myself revisiting things I had been taught early in my Pilates career with fresh eyes.
Sometimes new information reinforced what I already believed. Sometimes it added important context. And sometimes it challenged me to rethink things I had accepted as fact simply because that was how I had been taught.
True II Form’s evolution into an education platform grew directly out of this process.
For me, asking questions about Pilates isn't a rejection of the method. It comes from how much I value it—and how seriously I take my responsibility as an educator. I believe we can respect the history and tradition of Pilates while staying curious about where current best practices and exercise science support, expand, or challenge our understanding.
My goal is to create continuing education that feels approachable, practical, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence—while never losing sight of what makes Pilates such a valuable and unique movement practice.
More than anything, I want True II Form to be a space where we can stay curious, ask uncomfortable questions, and continue evolving as teachers—together.
